We have transformed its traditional photocopier rental business into a comprehensive Digital Transformation solutions provider, while continuously enhancing its operational processes to be more modern, efficient, and responsive to the needs of organizations in the digital economy era.
We have applied technology and innovation to develop products and services, including Document Management Systems (DMS), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. These solutions enhance operational efficiency, reduce errors, and support customers in their comprehensive digital transformation journey, with the aim of becoming a Total Digital Solution Provider. In this regard, we place strong emphasis on Data Management and Cyber Security, which are considered critical infrastructure for organizations in the digital era.
We have strengthened its capabilities in Cyber Security and Digital Platforms through strategic investments and collaborations with business partners. These services cover system design, risk management, cybersecurity monitoring, and threat prevention, alongside the development of digital data conversion solutions, data management, and Data Governance & Security solutions. These initiatives support customers in transitioning toward Data-Driven Organizations by enhancing data quality, accuracy, and security. In addition, we have assigned its Business Development team to continuously identify and develop innovations that enhance the organization’s competitive capabilities.
We play a significant role in supporting Thailand’s transition toward a digital society through the digitization of documents and data. These initiatives enhance accessibility to information, reduce paper consumption, streamline operational processes, and minimize travel requirements, thereby contributing to the reduction of environmental impacts. At the same time, we create social value by expanding access to public and business services. Currently, we provide services to organizations across various sectors, contributing to the development of the country’s data infrastructure and the long-term enhancement of digital services for the public, while generating positive economic, social, and environmental impacts as follows:
Economy
- Implementing digital technology for organizational document storage through electronic business workflow processes enhances operational efficiency and ensures precise document management.
- It significantly speeds up information retrieval, reduces workflow steps, and effectively lowers an organization's document-related costs.
Society
- Developing our DMS allows clients convenient access to internal organizational documents, leading to increased satisfaction.
- It creates opportunities for data accessibility, as the DMS serves as the foundation for building in-application data that facilitates information access for the public, particularly in areas with limited data access.
Environment
- DMS significantly reduces paper consumption and printing, thereby decreasing the use of natural resources like trees and minimizing waste generated from paper.
- DMS reduces employee travel and external work, which in turn lowers greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles.
For the year 2025, the company has undertaken 3 major projects as follows:
Ditto, in collaboration with the Department of Land has jointly developed and digitized essential land-related data to support land rights investigation and legal transactions. This includes land register records of title deeds under the Land Code, condominium ownership certificates with associated registers, land utilization documents (Nor Sor 3) with related records, as well as supporting documents for land subdivision and condominium development permits. This initiative enables the Department of Lands to implement the “E-Land One Stop Service,” an electronic land office system that facilitates online inter-office services. The integrated land information system provides a unified national platform, linking image data with textual registry data to enhance data accessibility, improve search efficiency, strengthen the accuracy, convenience, and speed of public services provided by land offices.This collaboration plays a significant role in enhancing the efficiency of public service delivery by the Department of Lands in the digital era.
The Company has been entrusted by the Department of Lands to continuously implement the project from fiscal year 2021 to fiscal year 2025. For fiscal year 2025, the Company, in collaboration with Samart Comtech Co., Ltd. and the Department of Lands to expand online land rights and legal transaction registration services to an additional 21 provinces across 110 land offices which Ditto responsible proportion is 11 provinces covering 58 land offices. The scope of work includes the digital conversion and data entry of land title document image data and land registry records (Image Data), totaling 4,492,956 land parcels, with a project value of THB 135 million.
In addition, the implementation of this project has contributed to local employment generation in the 11 provinces where the Company operates. The project also includes training programs to provide knowledge on equipment usage and document scanning for local community members, thereby enhancing access to technology and digital skills. In 2025, the project has generated employment and income for local communities amounting to THB 5.94 million.
Ditto, in collaboration with the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), is implementing the Enhance Debt Management Service (EDMS) project to develop a debt quality management system aimed at improving the Bank’s digital services. The project supports the Bank’s strategic plan on “Sustainable Credit Quality Management” by leveraging digital technology to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the management of credit information and debt quality processes. This initiative aims to ensure that the system is more structured, transparent, and fully auditable.
The system transforms document storage and management processes from paper-based formats to a fully digital platform, enabling more convenient, faster, and more efficient data storage, retrieval, and administration. It also helps streamline operational procedures, reduce paper usage, and lower document management costs for the Bank. This initiative supports environmentally friendly operations and is aligned with sustainable business development practices.
The project also enhances convenience for the Bank’s customers by reducing the need to prepare extensive documentation and minimizing travel-related costs for branch transactions. As a result, customers can access financial services more easily and efficiently. This contributes to the improvement of customer experience and expands access to financial services for farmers and the public in various areas. The implementation of this project reflects the Bank’s confidence in the Company’s capability and expertise in developing digital solutions that enhance organizational efficiency while simultaneously creating economic, social, and environmental value. This represents a key contribution to supporting sustainable business operations in the digital era.
The Company has implemented a project to procure server equipment and system licenses to support the development and enhancement of the Electronic Filing System (e-Filing System), which enables the electronic submission and transmission of pleadings and documents. This system serves as a critical infrastructure for improving the efficiency, transparency, and digital readiness of public justice service.
The project enhances the system’s capacity to manage document data and accommodate many users. It enables the public to conveniently, quickly, and securely file pleadings, submit documents, and track case statuses through an electronic platform, thereby reducing time constraints and the need for physical travel to government agencies.
In addition, the system contributes to reducing paper usage and improving data management efficiency within public sector agencies. This helps conserve resources and supports environmentally responsible operations. The implementation of this project reflects the Company’s role in supporting the development of the nation’s digital infrastructure and enhancing public service efficiency, while simultaneously driving business growth in alignment with social and environmental responsibility. It is consistent with the Company’s long-term commitment to creating sustainable value in line with ESG principles.
