Social Business Innovation
We are committed to operating our business by leveraging our expertise in digital technology to mitigate negative social and environmental impacts. We've transformed our traditional photocopier rental business into a comprehensive Digital Transformation service, offering end-to-end digital document and data management. This transition facilitates a shift from conventional to online digital workflows, converting paper documents into E-Documents and integrating them with a Document Management System (DMS) for importing and storing organizational documents digitally. This simplification of document management creates significant benefits for the economy, society, and the environment:
Economy
- Implementing digital technology for organizational document storage through electronic business workflow processes enhances operational efficiency and ensures precise document management.
- It significantly speeds up information retrieval, reduces workflow steps, and effectively lowers an organization's document-related costs.
Society
- Developing our DMS allows clients convenient access to internal organizational documents, leading to increased satisfaction.
- It creates opportunities for data accessibility, as the DMS serves as the foundation for building in-application data that facilitates information access for the public, particularly in areas with limited data access.
Environment
- DMS significantly reduces paper consumption and printing, thereby decreasing the use of natural resources like trees and minimizing waste generated from paper.
- DMS reduces employee travel and external work, which in turn lowers greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles.
For 2024, the Company undertook two significant projects:
National Project for Land Data Import for Online Registration
We collaborated with Samart Comtech Co., Ltd. and the Department of Lands to develop a system for importing essential land registration data. This initiative establishes a standardized nationwide land information system, linking image data with text data to facilitate land data retrieval and enhance the accuracy, convenience, and speed of public services at land offices.
Stakeholders benefit from the Company's innovative system development for land registration data import as follows:
Company
- We expanded our document management system services to three additional government agencies, with project values totaling THB 131.89 million.
Department of Lands
