Mangroves, referred to as 'Blue Carbon Ecosystems,' are essential for carbon sequestration (Carbon Sink) and marine ecosystem restoration. They function as marine life nurseries and contribute to the ecological recovery of Thailand's coastal regions.
In collaboration with the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the company is involved in developing a mangrove planting project for carbon credit gains. This effort aligns with the company's social contributions by engaging in business activities with communities. Through technology-driven forest management and community involvement in forest preservation and ecosystem recovery, the project promotes balance and sustainability, yielding economic, social, and environmental benefits.

As a developer in the mangrove reforestation project for carbon credits, the company is engaged in Climate Technology, particularly Nature-based solutions. This methodology aims to address climate change sustainably by leveraging natural ecosystems through mangrove planting, supported by monitoring and verification processes.
The mangrove forest has been allocated a total area of 176,496.21 Rai.
Project Implementation Period: 30 Years, Classified into:
Community-Collaborative Forest Development: 93 Communities, Reaching 154,838.02 Rai.
Newly Planted Forest: Totaling 21,658.19 Rai.
Funding was granted to 53 communities involved in the project, with 200,000 baht allocated to each community,
resulting in a total of 10.6 million baht.
