It continuously assesses and monitors environmental performance and impacts, implements measures to minimize environmental impacts, establishes clear waste management procedures, and actively participates in community development. The company also supports sustainable community and social projects to foster a sustainable society, prioritizing collaboration with communities for mutual growth.
Donation of 2023 Desk Calendars
The CSR team promoted and collected used 2022 desk calendars for delivery to the Legal Affairs Division, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice, Bangkok, to produce Braille materials for the visually impaired. This activity is conducted annually.
Donation of Disposed Assets
In the first quarter of 2023, the company refurbished 18 sets of disposed computer equipment by upgrading their condition, including screen and SSD replacements, and purchasing necessary accessories to ensure they were fully operational. These computers were then donated to schools in rural areas lacking educational equipment on May 19, 2023.
Activities for the International Day of Biological Diversity 2023
The company joined and provided support for the events celebrating the International Day for Biological Diversity 2023, in partnership with the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, under the theme "From Agreement to Action: Build Back Biodiversity."
Year 2 of the Children's CSR Scholarship Program
For the second consecutive year, the company conducted the CSR Scholarship Project for Children, hosting a scholarship award ceremony for the children of Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited employees. The project aims to support and ease the financial strain on parents with limited income. The scholarship award ceremony took place on July 4, 2023.
Reading for Kids Project
The CSR team surveyed schools in need of bookshelves for the Ditto Reading for Children Project, focusing on schools facing shortages. The committee selected two target schools: Mae Loi Rai School and Ban Pa Tueng Ngam School in Chiang Rai Province. Ms. Pondkarn, the committee chairperson, along with the CSR committee and company representatives, delivered the bookshelves on November 24, 2023.
Ditto Share a Smile Project
Following the 'Two Wheels, Exchange Smiles' project in Sa Kaeo Province schools in 2022, the CSR team extended its efforts by surveying student needs, resulting in the third year of the 'Smiles Exchange Boxes' project. The committee agreed to donate school uniforms, apparel, school bags, learning materials, and bedding sets for young children to Ban Khlong Si Mueang School and Ban Pa Rakam School, benefiting 150 students. The CSR committee and company representatives delivered the donations on December 20, 2023.
Ditto's Children's Star Exploration Project at Bangkok Planetarium
To promote knowledge and understanding of the solar system and science, the CSR team selected schools in the Bangkok area and chose Chumchon Muban Pattana School, an elementary school with 165 students, to visit the Science and Bangkok Planetarium exhibitions on September 8, 2023.
Blood Donation Project
For the blood donation project in 2023, the CSR team promoted and invited executives and employees of Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries to join as volunteers.
